Loyal Source Government Services is looking for a qualified Primary Care Physician to work with Fort Polk Army Base as a civilian contractor promoting and restoring patients’ health.
- 1099 Independent Contract Hourly Rate of $120/hour
- Will Accept any state license
- Lodging can be provided
- Long-term contract available

REQUIREMENTS:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Unencumbered license
- BLS
- 24 months of primary care experience within the past 36 months
- Will accept Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family OR Internal Medicine
