Cross Country Locums is seeking an Outpatient Pediatrician for immediate and ongoing coverage needs in Northern California near to Ukiah. Physician must have active, unrestricted CA state medical license. Preference for Board Certified in Pediatrics or Board Eligible within three years of residency. The reason for the coverage need is growth in patient volume. This is bread and butter general pediatrics. Schedule in M-F 8 hour work days 8a-5p, 40 hour work week. Patient volume roughly 18-30 patients per day. Support staff is 1 mid-level, 1 RN, 1 LVN, and 2 Certified Medical Assistants. Family Practice is also in the same clinic. Physician may be required to supervise Mid-Levels. There are no hospital or call responsibilities.
Credentialing is roughly two weeks.
This is a long-term need; preference will be given to candidates that can commit to 3-6 months.
