We are actively seeking an additional Pediatrician to join a 25 provider team that has been established in the community for nearly 70 years and boasts 4th generation patients.
Practice Highlights:
* Join collegiate, friendly, and respectful 25 provider (doctors and Pediatric NPs) group
* 4-day outpatient workweek plus equal share of weekend duties- no inpatient or ER rounding except for term nursery rounding when on call. (Hospital has pediatric hospitalist that covers the ED/inpatient pediatric unit and a NICU staffed by 24/7 neonatologists. Only on call about 2-3 days a month. )
* Excellent support staff to include phone triage team, referrals department, pre-authorization nurse, certified coder to review notes, sub-specialty collaborations, family services coordinator and lactation consultant.
* Supportive relationship with the community hospital
* Realistic patient volume expectations
