A pediatric group in Iron Mountain is looking to add a pediatrician due to growth. This position is almost all outpatient with newborn rounding but no other inpatient duties. This position is perfect for someone looking for an excellent quality of life! You'll enjoy a 4-day workweek and a very light mommy call schedule of 1:2, which is nurse triaged. The team-based model of care allows a team to help care for the patients in every way plus help you with your charts, billings, and emails.

This position offers a two-year income guarantee and excellent benefits. Loan repayment is also available from the hospital, up to $150K. You will receive medical benefits, a retirement plan, relocation assistance, CME time with stipend, and vacation.

You will enjoy living in this beautiful area of Michigan. You will have the access to ski hills, cross-country skiing, ice fishing, and plenty of shopping.
