VISTA's Permanent Placement Division is representing a financially strong community hospital that is looking for a full-time Pediatrician to join three others in a highly successful, hospital-employed practice. Benefits of this permanent position include:
Practice Benefits:
* See an average 16-20 clinical patients per day

* Attend to deliveries that are covered by highly experienced OB/GYN physicians with no high-risk cases
* Two pediatric beds for minor admissions only with other cases referred to Madison
* Call shared equally at 1 in 4
* Clinical psychiatric behavioral consults immediately available
* Exceptional compensation with full benefits
* Sign-on, tuition reimbursement and moving expenses
* Non-profit that is also a designated shortage area with additional state and federal assistance programs
