MDA (Medical Doctor Associates) is seeking Child and Adolescent Outpatient (OP) Psychiatry coverage for a facility in Wisconsin (WI). Coverage is needed upon completion of credentialing (90 days) for a minimum of 3 months. There is also an option to extend.

Details: M-F from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Potential for extended hours Mon-Wed). Average 10-12 patients per day. Most patients are 6 to 18 years old. Rarely do we see 4 -6 year old kids. 30 mins for med checks and 90 mins for child/adolescent evaluations. Outpatient clinic only. The psychiatrist, as part of a typical psychiatric evaluation. More detailed physicals are performed by the PCP when pt. is seen in primary care. Nursing support and a case manager will work with the child and adolescent psychiatrist all the time.Behavioral Health Services is a growing and robust interdisciplinary team of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Neuropsychologists, Nurses and Therapists. Multidisciplinary Psychiatry/Behavioral Health Departments care for patients with a broad spectrum of diagnoses. No call. No hospital coverage/admissions. No emergency room responsibilities/coverage.

EMR is Epic. General and order-entry training will be included during orientation. Provider can expect a full day of orientation prior to the start of their 1st shift.
Coverage Dates: Nov 26, 2018 - Mar 1, 2019. Commitment of at least 3 months is desired, with the possibility of extending. Full-time/long-term coverage is preferred. Start date as soon as credentialed & cleared compliance requirements.
PROVIDER RATE: $170-$180/hr

MDA will provide and arrange all of your travel arrangements, assist you with your credentialing and provide you with A ++ Professional Malpractice Insurance.
