This central Georgia Hospital is seeking a board certified/board eligible Pediatrician to join their medical staff. A full benefit plan is offered including relocation expenses and educational loan assistance.

Features include

  • M-F | 8:30 -5:00 & 9am-12pm Saturdays
  • Call rotation required
  • Will round on own patients
  • Average patients per day = 20-25
  • EMR = CPSI (Hospital) and Allscripts (Office)

Welcome to the community that possesses the professional lifestyle and small town features to be the life-long home you are seeking for you and your family. The hospital, a 55-bed, private, not-for-profit facility governed by a self-perpetuating Board of Trustees, has received awards for Outstanding Hospital of the Year from Georgia Alliance of Community Hospitals (GACH), Outstanding Rural Health Program of the Year from Georgia Rural Health Association, the Circle of Hope Award from the American Cancer Society, and most recently we were named Hospital of the Year by GACH.

Candidates will be allowed to reside in the neighboring county of 110K as long as they are within 30 minutes of the practice.

While many hospitals are down-sizing and even closing their doors, the hospital continues to expand to keep pace with the changing environment of health care and rapidly changing technology without the benefit of local tax dollars. The facility does not receive additional funding for indigent care while providing care to a large volume of Medicare and Medicaid patients.
