    • Work with Hospitalist group and pediatric outpatient clinic
    • Provide inpatient neonatal and pediatric care
    • Hospitalist team – join 5 physicians
    • Outpatient care team - 7 Physicians, 1 Pediatric NP, 2 Licensed Social Workers, 1 therapist and 3 RN care coordinators
    • Hospital call of 1:7
    • Opportunity to make additional money taking hospital call
