Located 32 miles from Huntsville, AL and 61 miles from Chattanooga, TN

**Compensation**
- 4 day week available. Schedules are flexible and open to candidate's needs
- Salary 210-240K & negotiable
- Loan repayment of up to 50K for 3 years (150K total) awarded to physicians in rural practice provided through the state of Alabama
- 20K Sign On
- 10K relocation

- $2500 CME Stipend
- 6.5 paid holidays, and 18 paid days off that can be used for vacation, Uniform allowance once every two years.
**Details:**
- Full-time, permanent position
- Available for immediate start
- Schedule: Flexible, plus one Saturday 8a-12p per month.
- If there is inpatient work does it include: C-Section or delivery coverage, Newborn or Inpatient rounding, emergency room consults, admits? Present for emergency C- Section delivery if requested by OB, Newborn and Peds Inpatient rounding for patients, admissions of patients seen in office that require hospitalization at local hospital. Hospital is Highlands Medical Center. Averages 15 pediatric admissions per year and 30 newborn deliveries per month.
- Call schedule: No call shared with local hospital. Childrens of AL After Call Service is used for clinic after hours & weekends.
- Patients per day: Averaging minimum of 20 patients per day.
- Ideal candidate: Team Player with positive attitude, provides exceptional patient care to children, organized, able to close charts within 96 hours, fun and friendly, energetic, motivated, comfortable collaborating with NP, flexible, willing to take call, good communicator.
**About the Facility:**
- Group currently consists of 2 Pediatricians, 2 full-time Nurse Practitioners, and 1 Nurse Practitioner that works Monday and Tuesday evenings plus sharing in Saturday rotations.
- Group has been established for 5 years
- Hired candidate must live/relocate to within 30 minutes of facility
- EMR: Azalea Health
