- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
- BLS, NRP & PALS needed
- Approximately 15 - 20 deliveries per month
- Inpatient, outpatient nursery level 1 & 2, must be able to circumcisions, attend high risk delivery
- Hospital privileges needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
