A Family Practice Physician is needed to provide locum coverage for an urgent care center near Newark, NJ.
Position Highlights:
- Urgent Care – FP/PED Physician / FNP/PA / PED NP/PA
- 100% Outpatient
- Start Date: ASAP – Ongoing
- Ages 0 to 21
- Average 5 - 35 patients/day
- Urgent Care and Primary Care
- Must be comfortable & experienced with Urgent Care outpatient procedures, including but not limited to, suturing lacerations and splinting
- Support Staff
- The locums provider will be working solo, so the locums provider must be comfortable working as the sole provider and making decisions independently
- For an NP/PA, client’s Medical Director will be the collaborating physician
- Quick credentialing
Requirements:
- Active & unrestricted New Jersey license
- BLS
- Minimum 3 years’ experience required.
- BC preferred, will consider BE
