Locum Source has partnered with a facility in Wisconsin that is need of Pediatric General Surgery coverage starting Mid-July, on an ongoing basis. Preferably, the facility would like full time coverage, however, they have partnered with the Medical College of Wisconsin to assist with coverage. SETTING:

Trauma level II facility

NICU – Level III B

PICU

SCHEDULE:

Clinic, call, and surgery

Clinic Monday through Friday from 8 am – 5 pm

Will be on call from 7 am – 7 am

Average patients per day in clinic: 7

Will go to the hospital as needed

In 2017 the current pediatric surgeon got called in for 1 trauma

DATES:

ORIENTATION IS ONE FULL DAY THAT IS STREAMLINED

July 21 at Noon – August 3rd at Noon

August 17 at Noon – August 25 at Noon

September 1 at 7 am – September 7 at Noon

September 21 at Noon – September at 7 am

October 19 at Noon – October 26 at 7 am

November 16 at Noon – November 30 at Noon

December 21 at 7 am – December 28 at 7 am

**Again, if they can find full time coverage, this is what they would prefer

Wisconsin has a license that takes approximately 3 months to obtain. If you qualify for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact, we will be able to obtain a license for you in a matter of 2 – 3 weeks.
