- $1700 per shift
- BC/BE Pulmonology & Critical Care Preferred
- Calls: 24 hour weekend call to include 2 PCH ($340- 350 premium/ weeknight call rate)
- 24hr shifts
- Urgent Dates: August 6 (7am) - 12 (7am)
- KY lcense required
- Temp privelages required
