VISTA is assisting a very large and well-respcted health system in MN with their search for a Pediatric Hospitalist. Physician is needed for September through November 2019, possibly longer. There is the potential for a long relationship with this client, as we have many hospitalists who return year after year.
How many needed: 1 FTE, not willing to split between multiple providers
BC required: Yes; Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine
Certifications: PALS, NRP
License: MUST have active Minnesota license
Supervision required: Yes; NPPA and RESIs
Scope of work: Inpatient, hospital
Shifts: Days and nights; 4-hour (in hospital) shifts; 8:00A - 8:00A; Admitting and Rounding; Attend Deliveries and High-Risk C-Sections; Consult in the Emergency Room
Patient census per shift: 8-10
There are countless outdoor activities in this region of Minnesota--over 16 lakes in a 25-mile span!
