Medical center is seeking a Pediatric Hematology Oncology physician to join growing inpatient Pediatric Hematology Oncology team in beautiful Southern Oregon. Work is performed in a community outpatient Pediatric Hematology Oncology clinic located within the Pediatric Unit of our regional medical center. The Peds Hem/Onc work is approximately 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient seeing 6-8 outpatients daily. The other 50% of the position will be Pediatric Family Medicine.

Education: Graduate of an accredited medical school. Successful completion of training in an ACGME accredited Pediatric residency Program and Pediatric Hematology/Oncology fellowship program.

License / Certification: MD or DO licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certified from American Heart Association (upon hire or within six months of hire); Board Certified in Pediatric medicine by the American Board of Pediatrics, with board eligibility/certification in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology. Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges. Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs. Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in hospital's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
