Locum Oncology/Hematology Physician needed ASAP for McLaren Bay Region in Bay City, MI

Dates of Coverage needed - ASAP (once credentialed) - TBD
  • Mon – Thurs schedule
    • 8am – 4: 30pm each day
    • If no clinic patients, this will be 100% hospital coverage
    • If clinic patients,
      • Clinic is 8am – 12pm
      • hospital rounding 12pm – 4: 30pm
    • Overtime is only accrued after 40 hours worked each week
  • Friday schedule
    • 8am – 12pm (no clinic)

• Overtime after 40 hours
• There is support staff (NP providers)
• Weekend call coverage will be 1: 2
• Provider must be within 30 minutes of the hospital while on call
• Average number of patients per day - OP: 14-16 IP: 10-15 VARIES
• 1 APP Covers hospital; 2 HEME/ONC
• On-site lab and radiology services available
• EMR: CERNER

Submission Requirements
  • Board certified: Required
  • DEA: Required at time of start
  • MI license: Required at time of start
  • No malpractice - No malpractice is preferred but would accept minimal malpractice
  • BLS - Required
  • **COVID Vaccine Now Required at time of Name Clear**
