Pediatric Gastroenterologist - Eastern Tennessee
A Tennessee University seeks a 2nd Gastroenterologist to expand its service at a new Children's Hospital. Rank of assistant/associate professor depending on qualifications and experience (clinical track). Responsibilities include clinical care, student/resident teaching and academic pursuits. Pediatric gastroenterology fellowship training is required. The department is growing to meet the needs of over 230,000 children in four states.
The Tri-Cities region of Northeast TN is truly an outdoors lovers paradise. Numerous lakes, hiking/biking trails and several national forests are within a quick commute, allowing a true work/life balance. In the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, enjoy four moderate, distinct seasons, excellent schools, little traffic, and a low crime rate.
