• Join a well-established Pediatric Endocrinology Program
• Be the 5th Pediatric Endocrinologist as well as additional CRNP's
• Mostly Clinical Seeing 12-15 patients per day with an Academic Affiliation
• No Weekend Clinical hours and Share a 1:4 - 1:5 call schedule
• Do some teaching and mentoring --Some Research is encouraged but not required
