• Salary: $250,000 to $260,000
• Relocation Assistance up to $20,000
• Sign-on Bonus: Negotiable
• 12 Sick Days + 9 Holidays

• Long standing FQHC Organization in the Community

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)

• Board Eligibility Required; Board Certified Preferred
• Open to Visa Candidates
• Bi-Lingual in Spanish would be helpful
