VISTA is seeking a full-time Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician to join a rapidly growing group near Tampa! A few highlights of this position include:
* Physician-owned Emergency Medical Group
* Currently have 15 full-time PEDEM physicians and 6 Pediatric specific advanced practitioners
* Children's Hospital Trauma Center Level II with 5,000 visits annually
* Need to be fellowship trained and BC in PEDEM
* RVU-based productivity system with limited administrative responsibilities
* With benefits included, income ranges from $175 - $242/hour ($320K - $430K/year)
* Possible partnership buy-in after 1 year of employment
* Benefits include $30K sign-on bonus, paid license, dues, fees and paid malpractice with tail coverage
* 10-hour shifts
* 15-16 shifts per month
* 32 hours advanced practitioner coverage per day
* 70 hours physician coverage per day across 2 campuses
* Located near Tampa, FL
