A pediatric intensivist is needed at a medical center in Montana. They are seeking an experienced, full time, and BC pediatric intensivist with minimum of 5 years of experience to join their team. This PICU receives patients from Western Montana and Idaho and is 1 of only 3 PICUs in the state. Support is provided by local pediatric subspecialists and telemedicine support from Seattle Children's subspecialists. Seattle pediatric residents and medical students, as well as local family practice residents, rotate on service. You will work closely with pediatric hospitalists, who provide first call for overnight PICU patients. This facility has an active sedation program, and is the only intensivist-lead sedation service in the state. If you do not hold an active MT license, CompHealth has a licensing team to help you with the processing and application, if necessary.
