Looking for board certified/eligible pediatrician for pediatric critical care locums coverage in western Massachusetts. This is a Pediatric critical care service running 12 hour shifts during the day and 12 hours call at night. We are looking for coverage starting April 1st through mid-July 2018. Ideally you would start call Friday at 5pm then cover the ICU from Friday night from a hotel ( or home if you are within 20 minutes of the hospital) and on Saturday 7a-7p be in house and then call at night into Sunday 7a-7p in house and finally call Sunday night finishing Monday 7a. Night call will be taken from a nearby nice hotel. There is some flexibility in this model as the two other pediatricians are open to scheduling around your availability. Ideally we want someone that can work a minimum of 3 weekends a month but if you have availability during the week this can also be discussed. This package includes outstanding compensation, paid malpractice with an “A+” Rated Policy, 1/5 Million with a guaranteed tail, travel and lodging.
