Tenet Healthcare and University Pediatricians are actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Interventional Cardiologist to join the established program at The Carman and Ann Adams Department of Pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital of Michigan. This will be a full-time, employed opportunity located in Detroit, MI.

The successful candidate must be eligible to obtain licensure in the state of Michigan and will join 20 other pediatric cardiologists. Drawing from a population of approximately 5 million people in Southeast Michigan, the division provides about 7,500 outpatient visits, 9,000+ echocardiograms, 700 cardiac catheterizations, and 200+ cardiac MRI procedures annually. There is an active telemedicine program interpreting 1,300+ echocardiograms at outside institutions. Inpatient work is performed in Children’s Hospital of Michigan, the only free-standing children’s hospital in Michigan. In addition, there are numerous opportunities for clinical, translational, and basic science research. An interest in academics is required as resident/fellow teaching are to be expected. Salary will be commensurate with training and experience.
