VHS is looking for an Outpatient Pediatrician provider to start asap and work ongoing
Credentialing timeframe - Temp privs available to meet quick start
Avg Patients per day 20-30
No inpatient pediatrics other than newborns in the nursery (0-5 per day)
EMR is Greenway Intergy/Meditech.
Facility does about 350 deliveries a year
Level I nursery
8 nursery beds
Possibility of newborn nursery call
Expenses:
Hotel - reimbursable
Flight - reimbursable - prefer local candidate
Car rental/mileage - either or not both - reimbursable
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
BC Pediatrics - Required
Clean history no MP or background issues - Required
NRP & PALS - Required
MI license at time or submission - Required
Providers need to be local-drive in (no flights) - Highly Preferred
Currently participates in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS - Required
COVID vaccination - Required
