South Texas | Forensic Pathologist Locums Job

Currently seeking coverage: July 24 - August 9

Additional Duties Include:
»Scene investigation when requested by law enforcement (death investigators respond to all calls but FP may be called to homicide, skeletal and infant scenes)
»Autopsies and external examinations (autopsy technicians will assist with evisceration)
»Determination of cause and manner of death
»Signing of death certificates and cremation clearances
»Dictation and signing reports on exams conducted

Details/Requirements for Assignment #80292:
» Coverage need: 24-hour coverage
» Location: South Texas
» Active Texas license required
» Board Certified
» Will consider Board Certified AP Pathologist with extensive autopsy experience
» Forensic fellowship required; will consider board eligible
» Covering for Medical Examiner, who will be out.
