Cross Country Locums is seeking a board certified Pathologist for coverage PRN coverage in North Carolina.
Open Dates:
March 22-26. July 10-17. plus ongoing PRN needs.
Desired Schedule:
Guaranteed 8 hours. Start 7:30am ends around 2 or 3 typically since no autopsies
Reason for Coverage:
vacation coverage.
Worksite Setting:
lab in hospital
Scope of Work:
Surgical pathology (anatomic). Mainly Non gyn and gyn procedures. will include blood smear, electrophoresis, pap smears.
No Autopsies. Small amount of gross. Pap Smears: less than 10/day Surgical 21/day Non gyns: less than 10/day
Requirements:
BC Anatomic and Clinical Pathology PAP PT is required. Proficiency program to read pap smears.
