A hospital in California in looking for a pathologist who can provide locum tenens coverage for approximately three and a half months starting in mid-June with a high chance of extension. On a typical day, the provider can expect to see pediatric patients for a variety of cases. The AP volume is low and provider will only do Gross Exam and Frozen Sections, the rest is sent out. Main focus is running clinical Lab. The schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus call rotation for AP/Lab. This facility uses Soft Med Lab System EMR and will provide paid training. Candidates with pediatric experience are highly preferred.
