**Pathology opening in Nebraska**

* Located in the ***Columbus, NE and Norfolk, NE*** communities
* Full time, permanent
* Physician-owned pathology group in Lincoln, Nebraska seeking an AP/CP board-certified pathologist to practice in our northeast Nebraska locations.
* Duties consist of surgical pathology and frozen section coverage for busy regional (nationally-ranked) hospitals with multispecialty services in Columbus and Norfolk, Nebraska, as well as laboratory medical directorships for these and other small rural hospitals in the surrounding communities.
* This opportunity presents a unique combination of the independence and autonomy of rural practice with the stability, benefits and support associated with membership in a large urban pathology group.
* Excellent general surgical pathology skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
* Fellowship training or experience in cytopathology and GI pathology a plus.
* The ideal candidate would have 5 or more years of practice experience.
