Practice:
- Flexible work schedule: 100% Clinical or mixture of Clinical and Surgical Pathology
- Director over chemistry, immunology, microbiology, toxicology, transfusion, hematology, coagulation, and more
- Control the types of test available and the type of equipment being used
- Interact with medical staff at hospitals and serve on various committees
- Autonomy over the direction of the reference lab
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Director Experience preferred in a Core Lab or Reference Lab setting
