Indiana Regional Medical Center is seeking a board certified or board eligible AP/CP pathologist to join a two-hospital practice in Indiana, PA (IRMC) and Punxsutawney, PA. The pathologist will join of the present pathologist and Medical Director of these two hospital departments.
Yearly statistics system-wide:
  • 8000 surgical cases
  • 1000 non GYN cytologies and fine needle aspirations
  • 8000 PAPs
  • 3-5 frozen sections per week
  • 3-5 fine needle aspirations per week (ultrasound guided or with EBUS)
  • There are no autopsies
The candidate must have experience signing out pathology cases without supervision. He/she must possess good communication skills and speak English fluently.
Highly competitive compensation based on experience.
