  • Coverage Needed:
    • Monday - Friday 8a-5p
      • January 3rd, 2023 - January 6th, 2023
      • January 9th, 2023 - January 13th, 2023
      • January 16th, 2023 - January 20th 2023
      • January 23rd, 2023 - January 27th 2023
      • Ongoing
  • Clinical Information:
    • 10-15 cases per day shared, 40-50 shared
    • Frozen section calls required 2-4 per day
    • No experience in autopsy required
    • Minimum call per day is approximately 1-2 calls per day
    • Support Staff: PA'S for grossing, and in-house histology and techs
  • Required:
    • Active Kansas state license
    • AP is required, experience in general subspecialties
    • DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
    • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
      • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
