We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our group that's based in La Quinta, CA. The practice provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and psychological-educational assessments. They are accredited with the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE). For over 10 years, they have been serving children and adults with special needs through ABA. Speech Pathologist Schedule, Compensation & Benefits
- Monday through Friday schedule with partial telemedicine
- Salary: $80k to $95k (depending on experience)
- Full benefits package (100% paid for individual)
- 401k
- 2 weeks PTO (may increase)
- 40 hours of sick days
- Malpractice insurance reimbursement
Speech Pathologist Requirements
- Current medical license in the state of California
- Must be open to working with children and adults
- Experienced working with PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System)
- Most patients are non-verbal and have problem behaviors
- Must be open to working collaboratively within the team (BCBA, RBT)
- Must live local to the La Quinta area or willing to relocate to the area
