The Office of the State Medical Examiner (OSME) is looking for Pathologist who has completed a fellowship in forensic pathology. Additionally, The OSME is looking for a candidate who is tired of the mundane cases and is looking for an exciting, extremely diverse, and challenging case load.
- Chief Medical Examiner has over 30 years in the field and has been described as “The best boss you will ever work for” by his teammates.
- Medical Examiner’s office has close ties and a strong working relationship with local Universities. Radiology students complete their clinical rotations at the facility.
- Facility Highlights: Four Main Autopsy stations (each with 55” color monitors/computer for X-ray viewing and entering patient data), Quantum Wireless Digital Medical Imaging System (full body radiology), Avreo Radiographic Imaging Software, JusticeTrax Software, NOMAD Pro2 Dental Imaging System, Dedicated Forensic Anthropology Suite
- Staff Includes: 2 Forensic Pathologist, Forensic Odontologist, 2 Forensic Anthropologist, and 7 experienced Autopsy technicians
- Job Requirements: Physician with MD/DO degree – Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible with a valid medical license
