--Looking for an eight to twelve month commitment
--Job duties: patient exams and re-evaluation and joint injections
--Stem cells, trigger point and CRC
--You will be the only physician at this location, overseeing nurses
--Offered training and resources
--Monday-Thursday 7am-12pm; 2pm-6pm, flexible
--Muscular skeletal issues
--No controlled substances prescribed
