* Join two Anesthesiologists that do critical care
* Second call is one-in-three. CRNA's take first call.
* 80 to 90% pain management. 10 to 20% CRNA back-up.
* 151-bed acute care hospital with over 80 physicians representing 20 specialties

* Competitive salary of $400K for anesthesia plus a share of the pain collections * Comprehensive benefits including loan repayment
