Our client in Connecticut is seeking an Interventional Pain Management provider to join their team! This is a bread and butter, clinic assignment with no call.

Dates of Coverage: ASAP and ongoing

Description/Requirements for Assignment #71561:
» Active Connecticut license required
» Board Certification and Fellowship required
» Hours are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
» No Call
» Average 20-25 patients per day
» Patient demographics: mostly middle-aged and elderly
» Required procedures: Spine Injections (Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar) - Epidurals, Facets, MBB, SIJ, Joint Injections, Radiofrequency, Trigger Point Injections, Medications, Follow ups, NPC
» On-site staff: Physician Assistant, Medical Assistant, Administrative staff, Center Manager
