Pain CRNA opportunity in Findlay, OH
Located 45 miles from Toledo, OH; 95 miles from Columbus, OH
Full-time, permanent position
Health System has a full-time CRNA opportunity in Pain Management.
- Cerner EMR
- Hospital Employment
- IV sedation for pain blocks
- Tuesday through Friday, split between Findlay (Tuesday and Friday) and Bluffton (Wednesday and Thursday) hospitals
- Third Tuesday of every month at Bluffton
- Malpractice insurance
- Medical and life insurance
- 403 (b) Tax Deferred Annuity with 4% Employer match
