Interventional Pain Management Physician

Central Florida Pain Management, part of Prospira PainCare, a national, single-specialty interventional pain practice with over 70 licensed providers in 30 locations across four states is currently looking for a Full Time Interventional Pain Medicine Physician to join our expanding Practice in our Lake City location.

Central Florida Pain Management is the leader in comprehensive Pain Management. CFPM offers individualized, state-of-the-art programs by knowledgeable, board certified or board eligible physicians for the management of acute, chronic pain.

Qualified physicians must be board certified/board eligible and be fellowship trained in a pain related field of medicine. Candidates must be experienced in interventional pain procedures with excellent diagnostic, technical, organizational and interpersonal skills.

The successful applicant will be comfortable developing relationships in an expanding referral network and committed to elevating the standard of care in our community.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

*Must have obtained an MD or DO degree and completed an accredited residency program

*Licensure, Registry Required: State of Florida and Federal DEA Certification; valid Medical License; Training in Specified Area of Medical Specialty

*Pain Management Fellowship preferred

Special Training:

*Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for the delivery of medical care.

*Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.

*Knowledge of community medical diagnostic and patient care services in area of medical expertise. *Knowledge of current comprehensive medical evaluation, including diagnosis and treatment plans for patients in acute or chronic pain.

*Effective verbal and written communication skills.

*Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Must be team player

*Good communication with ability to efficiently move patients

*Must be credentialed per facility policies and procedures.

*Certifications: BLS/ACLS Certified
