Choice Pain and Rehabilitation center is expanding and looking for an experienced Board Certified/Board Eligible pain management physician for our Baltimore locations. The physician will examine patients to determine level and cause of pain. Recommends test to determine the extent of pain, help diagnose the condition or manage pain. The physician will provide relief from acute or chronic pain through the use of medication, nerve blocks or other therapies.

We treat a variety of pain related and spinal related conditions and ideally looking for a physician with experience in:

• joint injection

• Trigger point injections

• ultrasound guided trigger point injections

• ultrasound guided extremity injections

• C-Arm guided spinal injections
