Position Details
* Focused scope of practice with emphasis on breathing, sleeping, and snoring diagnoses
* Brand new clinic in Minneapolis opening in 2022 to meet patient demand
* Enjoy unprecedented quality of life with flexible work week options - no nights, weekends, holidays, or call
* Exceptional in-office administrative and clinical support staff with robust APP support allows surgeons to provide incomparable patient satisfaction and maximize efficiency
* Clinic amenities offer a spa-like atmosphere and advanced in-office technology for an enhanced patient experience
Compensation Details
* Year 1: $700K (guaranteed base salary + bonus) with additional performance-based bonus available
* Year 2+: Current providers earning above MGMA 90th percentile with $1M proven earning potential
* Outstanding benefits package includes generous PTO, full medical/dental insurance, 401K, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, relocation stipend, and annual CME stipend
