Join a highly-regarded and dynamic single-specialty private practice in Marlton, New Jersey. Thanks to continued growth, the group seeks a sixth Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join their thriving practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a general ENT (with the potential for subspecialty work).

Work-Life Balance
  • Schedule: 4 ½ day work week
  • Call: Equally, shared call schedule of 1:5
  • Little windshield time: One office location with easy access to hospitals and surgery centers

Compensation Structure
  • While building your practice during the first two years, a guaranteed competitive salary plus a production bonus will be provided
  • Once you become a partner, you will be paid on a generous production model
