Requirements

  • Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
  • Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
  • U.S. ACGME Residency

Spanish Fork rests in the most southern end of Utah County with a population of approximately 39,443 and lies nestled between Utah Lake and the Wasatch Mountains. The 30-bed new Spanish Fork Hospital, anticipated to open in the Fall of 2020, will sit on approximately 45 acres east of I-15 and north of U.S. Highway 6.
