– Employed by locally owned not for profit hospital – 130 bed facility providing care to 8 counties
– Physician retention rates average 12 years across all specialties
– 7 placements with the hospital
– Join a fully staffed team of 3 ENTs – 1:3 Call

Compensation:

– Demonstrated 900K plus income
– 600K Salary
– 60K Retention (20K per year over 3 years)
– 75K Sign on
– Aggressive Hospital funded pension plan
o Hospital contributes $30,000 per year (5 percent) for years 1-5
o Hospital contributes $60,000 per year (10 percent), ongoing, after year 6
– Additional 403b with 4 percent match
– Relocation assistance reimbursed up to 10k
– 1 Week CME with 3,300 allowance
