ENT with Allergy Opportunity
Alliance Health Staffing is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join a busy and established practice.
This ENT Clinic has been a hallmark of the health system for decades. One ENT has been with us since
2000 and the other since 1996. Both have large and successful practices. The physician we’re replacing is
relocating to be closer to her children. She has an above median practice and also manages allergy patients.
We strongly prefer someone who will continue this practice as it is the only local allergy option for our
community. You decide how busy you want to be, the patient volumes are waiting!
This is an employed position with a progressive and financially secure Health System. Find your work/life
balance with a family-centered community. Join a strong team of employed physicians who offer a direct
source for referrals and specialties. The culture is one you'll not find elsewhere with employee
accountability and pride in our organization.
Practice Opportunity Details:
$475,000 base salary with 2 year guarantee; uncapped RVU production (very high potential earnings!)
signing bonus and retention bonus available
relocation assistance
strong pension plan
health, vision, dental, life and disability coverage
33 paid days off (264 hours) annually (includes holiday/sick/vacation)
CME – 5 days (40 hours) + $6,000 annually
paid malpractice with tail
Community, Facility and Organization:
Centrally located in IL, it's just a few hour car ride to Chicago or St. Louis. The Health Center provides a full range of acute-care, general services and home health services to approximately 357,000 residents of the surrounding counties. The Health Center's active and consulting medical staff includes nearly 200 providers representing multiple specialties. A strong employed physician base means built-in referrals and excellent collaboration on patient care. We've got something special here and our culture is at the heart of it all.
Most employees enjoy a commute of less than 15 minutes which makes a great work/life balance.
The cities offer a small town feel while offering plenty of amenities like shopping, dining, outdoor
activities, festivals, golfing and area lakes. With safe communities, outdoor activities, community events, and easy access to metro areas this is a great place to be!
