· 468 beds

· Level 1 Trauma Center

· Established practice looking to add an additional provider

· EMR: EPIC

REQUIRED:

· PA state license; active, unrestricted

· Active PA DEA

· Board Certified through the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery - Maxillofacial preferred

· Successful completion of a General Surgery Residency - 2 years - accredited by the ACGME or AOA

· Successful completion of an Otolaryngology Residency - 3 years - accredited by the ACGME or AOA

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
