The financial package includes a highly competitive salary, sign on bonus, relocation dollars, excellent benefits, paid medical malpractice, CME dollars, education loan assistance, and stipends available for residency and fellowships.
Jefferson Regional, in Pine Bluff, AR, is the largest hospital in South Arkansas, serving a population of about 225,000 in the surrounding 11- county region. We are a non-profit, community hospital operating 265 beds. Level 3 Trauma Center, seeing 50,000 + ER visits yearly.
Pine Bluff is located about 30 minutes south of our state capitol, Little Rock. Little Rock offers all the amenities of a large city: airport, malls, dining, festivals, concert venues, zoo, and many trails and parks for hiking, biking, boating, etc. The lifestyle of living in Little Rock and working in Pine Bluff has been a trend that we have seen gaining momentum with our providers. White Hall, AR is a neighboring community approximately 12 minutes from the hospital that offers friendly, small town feel with great schools.
