ENT Department Group Dynamics Two Physicians Work Schedule (average)? 8: 30 a.m.? 4: 30 p.m., Monday? Friday? 1/2 day off per week Call Schedule Six days per month Office Visits 20-22 patients per day Procedures General ENT Benefits of Practice Rural practice where a physician can see everything they want and only refer out when there is not a comfort level. Educational practice environment. Weekly CME opportunities available at clinic and hospital. Flexible scheduling available. Support Services Each physician has their own MA/LPN.
