- Board Certified/Eligible Otolaryngologist
- Active New York License or in Process
- A major teaching affiliate of a University
- Joining 2 Otolaryngologists and 4 mid-levels
- Call is 1:4
- ENT services include otology, laryngology, facial plastic surgery, sinus surgery, head and neck surgery
