An otolaryngology practice in NM is looking to hire a physician. There is a great need for ENT services in this region, and you would be taking over for a retiring surgeon. The position is full time with 2.5 clinic days, and 2 OR days performing general ENT cases. You will have admitting privileges at a hospital and access to an ASC. They are offering a $425k base salary in this NM mountain playground. You will have the option to be employed or partnership after one to two years and local surgery center shares. You will also be offered a $70k sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, paid malpractice, a 401k and profit sharing, health/dental/vision, life and disability, accidental and supplemental life, relocation assistance, and more.
