* Call Schedule: 7-10 days/month (Clinic) & 7 days/month (Hospital/ER)
* # of Patients per day: 12
* # of Physicians in practice: 2, 1 mid-level
* # of Exam Rooms: 8
* Support Staff: Each provider will work directly with 1 MA. Remaining support staff include registration, outgoing referrals, incoming referrals, medical records & manager.
* Office Equipment: Endoscopy tower per provider, ear microscope per provider, audiometer & tympanometer. (One physician works at our satellite office, so the 8 rooms is will be shared amongst the other permanent physician and nurse practitioner.
* Other facts:
- Provider must be able to provide a minimum of a 3 month assignment although preference will be given to providers who are available longer.
- Assignment is for 3 consecutive weeks with no more than one week off. (Cannot have two consecutive weeks off)
* Provider will be responsible in overseeing Nurse Practitioner together with other Otolaryngologists on duty.
* EMR: Allscripts (Clinic), Meditech (Hospital)
